Contact us
Tell us about the issue via WhatsApp or email, including your name and service date.

Bring the device
Bring the device to the workshop for re-inspection.

Inspection
We check whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.

Resolution
If covered, the repair is redone in line with the warranty terms.
Terms
Warranty terms
The following terms apply in general. Details for specific devices are given at handover.
- 01The warranty is valid for one month from the date the device is handed back.
- 02It covers recurrence of the same fault or issue that was repaired.
- 03It does not cover new damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, physical pressure or improper use.
- 04It does not apply if the device has been opened or repaired by another party after servicing at Mars Electronics.
- 05Please keep your service receipt, as it is required to make a claim.
