Where is the Mars Electronics workshop?
Our workshop is in Sukamaju, Cilodong, Depok. The full address and directions are on the Contact page.
What are your opening hours?
The workshop is open from 09:00 to 16:00 WIB. It's best to message us on WhatsApp before visiting so we can be ready for you.

Can you collect my device?
Yes, within Depok and nearby areas. We confirm availability and charges when you get in touch. Before handing it over, we recommend backing up any important data.
Which devices does Mars Electronics repair?
Laptops and computers, smartphones and communication devices, LED and LCD TVs and audio-visual equipment, home appliances, air conditioners (including cleaning and periodic servicing) and office electronics. For anything else, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Can a technician come to my home or office?
Yes, within Depok. We confirm the visit schedule and charges with you on WhatsApp first.
Can customers from outside Depok use your service?
Yes. Customers from Bekasi, Tangerang and Bogor have come to the workshop in person, and one customer sent their device from East Java. Message us on WhatsApp first to arrange shipping.
Pricing
How much does a repair cost?
The cost depends on the device type, model and extent of the damage, so we only give an estimate after inspecting the device.
Will you start repairs without my approval?
No. We explain the fault and the estimated cost first, and work only starts once you approve.
Warranty
How long is the service warranty?
Every repair carries a one-month warranty from handover, covering the same issue that was repaired.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your name and service date, then bring the device and your service receipt to the workshop.
Companies & institutions
Do you work with companies and institutions?
Yes. CV Mars Electronics can issue written quotations based on the diagnosis. We don't yet hold long-term corporate contracts, but we're open to discussing a working arrangement.
Can you handle many devices at once?
Handling larger volumes is a capability we're still developing. Tell us the device types and quantities, and we'll agree on capacity and scheduling together.
